Not accurate therefore is fairly redundant to buy… Only off by a little bit but still this isnt horseshoes or hand grenades.

Important part of calculating mortgate payments are annual taxes and insurance. Although they HAVE a field to enter the anual taxes, you cant enter anything into it. So, it isnt worth 99 cents as it is now.

I did not have any issues like the other review, I was able to enter tax info and lots of other stuff. App is simple yet the more you use it and play with it, the more helpful you see it is!
